LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The city of Louisville is showing solidarity with Brussels, Belgium.

According to a news release from the Louisville Waterfront Development Corporation, the Big Four Bridge will be lit in the colors of Belgium through Saturday, March 26. The lights are switched on each evening from twilight to 1 a.m.

The move comes in an effort to show support for Belgium, which was the target of a terror attack Tuesday, when explosives at an airport and subway left over 30 dead, hundreds injured and scores unaccounted for. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
