LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a man after he exposed himself to a 3-year-old at University Hospital.

According to an arrest report, it happened Saturday, just before 5 p.m., at the hospital, which is located near the corner of S. Jackson Street and E. Chestnut Street.

Police say an officer was dispatched to the hospital after someone reported that a man was fighting with security.

When officers arrived, they say a witness told them that 27-year-old Aaron Brown had picked up a large cinderblock, raised it above his head and threw it at another person, who was able to evade it.

Brown then allegedly walked up to a 3-year-old, exposed himself, then yelled a crude sexual reference.

"Due to the above subject's actions, and police officers having to perform a takedown, the general public was alarmed and panicked," the arrest report states.

Police eventually handcuffed Brown, who allegedly continued to scream obscenities, threatening to kill the people who called police on him.

He was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and terroristic threatening.
