U of L fan appears to threaten UK basketball recruit on Twitter

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A war of words is being waged on social media between future UK basketball players and Louisville fans.

At the McDonald's All-American game in Chicago this week, future Kentucky forward Sacha Killeya-Jones posted the following picture on Twitter, an apparent mock of U of L fans' "L's up" signal.

The tweet sparked some outrage among U of L fans and made for some active conversation on Louisville talk radio stations Wednesday and Thursday.

One response in particular, though, has some saying a Cardinals fan threatened Killeya-Jones:

The tweet generated a lot of reaction from UK fans and U of L fans, calling the post out as threatening against the high school senior. The picture has since been deleted.

Killeya-Jones' mom even responded, saying that police have been alert of the picture:
