Suspect arrested in connection to 2 Madison, Ind., explosions

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An arrest has been made in connection to two explosions in Madison, Ind.

Jefferson County Sheriff John Wallace says David A. Thiering, Jr., 37, was taken into custody around 3 p.m. Friday.

A federal search warrant was served at his home in the Woodside Mobile Home Subdivision.

A bomb went off across the street from the Madison Police Department on March 6.

A week later, another blast happened outside a judge's home on March 16.

Thiering is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
