FRANKLIN COUNTY, In. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police are investigating after a double shooting that left one man dead and another man injured.

According to an Indiana State Police news release, officers responded to the double shooting in Franklin County, Indiana on Saturday just before 8 p.m.

Police responded to a call about possible shots fired at a home in the 10000 block of St. Peters Road in Brookville. The area is about 80 miles southeast of Indianapolis.

When police arrived, they found David Manz, 55, dead inside the residence and a second man, 60-year-old Thomas Logan, had been shot.
