Duke Energy says about 4,000 customers remain without power in Indiana

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Duke Energy says all Indiana customers without power should have it restored by 6 p.m. Monday.

As of 7 p.m. Sunday, about 4,000 customers were without power throughout the state after Saturday's high winds caused problems for a large portion of the Midwest.

That number is down from a peak of nearly 50,000 on Saturday.

Duke says of the remaining 4,400 customers without power, the vast majority will see it restored before the aforementioned deadline.
