LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Certain records will stay sealed in the case of a man accused of abducting and killing a 1-year-old Indiana girl.

Kyle Parker, age 22, is charged with murder, rape and kidnapping the death of Shaylyn Ammerman. Her body was found last month in Owen County after she was reported missing from her father's home.

Court records show a judge granted the order to keep certain records sealed, after Parker's public defender and prosecutors agreed that records from an unscheduled hearing last week, should be sealed.

Parker has pleaded not guilty. Legal experts say prosecutors could seek the death penalty.
