LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Garth Brooks took a break from his four shows at the KFC Yum! Center to hit the field Saturday.

The Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids Foundation hosted a ProCamp at Mockingbird Valley sports Complex.

One hundred boys and girls joined Brooks and Buffalo Bills player and former Louisville Cardinal Eric Wood on the field.

Brooks' foundation hosts a sports camp in every city his tour stops in. The camps vary by sport, but are always led by pro athletes and coaches.

"The chances of them getting to become an NFL player are probably slim, like everywhere around the world," Brooks said. "But the chances of them becoming a good human being, this is what we're planning on. So, this is why we're here."

The foundation says it's been impacting underprivileged kids across the nation for a decade with scholarships and sports camps.
