Officials release names of victims killed after crash on US 150

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Nelson County officials have released the names of two people who died after a head-on collision on US 150.

The victims were 17-year-old Richard Hensley and 56-year-old James Cambron, according to Sgt. Michael Clark with the Nelson County Sheriff's Department.

Officials say the crash happened on Friday around 2 p.m. on US 150 near the line between Nelson and Washington Counties.

Authorities say Hensley was a passenger in a 2007 Toyota Camry. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cambron was driving a 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck. He was taken by Nelson County EMS to Flaget Hospital where he later died.

Police have not said what caused the crash.
