LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Seven Indiana schools canceled classes after bomb threats named some of the schools as targets.

Police in Saint John and Schererville received calls last night saying bombs would go off in schools in those communities.

"The caller specifically stated that bombs would result in injuries to many people in these buildings," the Lake Central School Corporation Superintendent said.

Classes were canceled at Homan Elementary School, Kolling Elementary School, Clark Middle School, all three Hammond Baptist Schools, and Saint Michael School in Schererville.
