LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One of five men charged in the shooting death of a Louisville toddler takes a plea deal.

Trey Anderson pleaded guilty to several counts Tuesday, including criminal facilitation to murder and wanton endangerment.

Prosecutors say Anderson was given a five-year sentence on each count, all to run at the same time.

He also agreed to cooperate in any proceedings against his four co-defendants.

Sixteen-month-old Ne'riah Miller was shot in her mother's arms on the porch of a west Louisville home in August 2014.

Her mother survived.
