From Indiana State Police: "Indiana Silver Alert # 013-2016 issued April 14, 2016 on Jack Donoho has been canceled as of 10:00 am EST today. Mr. Donoho has been located. This cancellation was requested by the Frankfort Police Department."


LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a man missing from Frankfort, Indiana, may be in danger and need medical help.

State police issued a statewide Silver Alert late Thursday for Jack Donoho, 81, who was last seen about 3 p.m. in Frankfort.

The Silver Alert notice is reprinted below:

The Frankfort Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Frankfort, Indiana. Frankfort, Indiana. is located approximately 46 miles north of Indianapolis, IN.

Jack Donoho is an 81 year old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 160 lbs., with blue eyes. Jack Donoho was last seen today, April 14, at 3:00 pm EST in Frankfort, and is believed to be in danger and may require medical attention. If you encounter Mr. Donoho, do not approach him, and immediately notify law enforcement.

Jack Donoho was last seen wearing blue jeans and a button up shirt. Jack Donoho is believed to be driving a 1999 beige Buick Century vehicle, with Indiana license plate RTY-302.
