LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a suspect after he robbed a bank in west Louisville this morning.

It happened at the PNC Bank at the corner of Louis Coleman Jr. Drive and West Broadway, just after 11:30 a.m.

Police say Curtis Williams, 36, robbed the bank, then tried to run away. Williams was arrested after a short foot chase that ended near the corner of 38th Street and River Park Drive.

LMPD now says Williams has also been charged in four other cold case robberies, but wouldn't release any details about those. A second suspect is being sought in Friday morning's robbery, but the only description police have now is that they're searching for a black male.
