LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- He won a Jeffersonville City Council seat on election night, but Josh Rodriquez was just sworn into office ... six months later.

The Democrat won the race by a handful of votes.

Republican Steve Webb challenged the count and was named the winner.

But Rodriquez appealed, saying the recount was flawed and won.

A Clark Circuit Court Judge suspended the latest challenge Friday.

Rodriquez was sworn into office Friday afternoon.

Webb says he may go back to court as early as Monday.
