LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police arrested a Louisville man after authorities say he fired an arrow from a crossbow, striking a victim. Authorities also say the man threatened to shoot victims with a shotgun after he fired the arrow.

Kevin Hoskins, 48, was arrested Saturday on Hume Court, near Valley Station Road, according to the police report. Officials say Hoskins fired an arrow from a crossbow on his porch to the porch of a nearby home.

Police say "the arrow deflected off the handle of a porch swing striking the victim." The police report says "the other two victims were sitting on the porch beside the victim."

Investigators say the arrow is described as "a six fiber arrow with a metal tip." Officials say Hoskins also threatened to shoot the victims with a shotgun.

Hoskins is charged with wanton endangerment and terroristic threatening. He is expected to appear in court on Monday.
