LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police confirm four people died in a head-on crash in Grayson County Saturday afternoon.

The victims included the drivers of two pickup trucks in the collision on Kentucky 54, about 1 1/2 miles west of Leitchfield.

State police say the driver of the first truck, Dylan Fleener, 18, of Leitchfield, died at Twin Lakes Regional Hospital. Two passengers in his truck died at the scene. They are identified as Thomas Davis, 42, of Radcliff; and James Vincent, 18, of Leitchfield. A third passenger in Fleener's truck, Nicholas Sawyer, 18, of Leitchfield, was injured and flown to University of Louisville Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the second truck, Christine Walton, 88, of Falls of Rough, also died at the scene, police said.

Police say Fleener's pickup truck crossed the center line and hit Walton's truck head-on.

The crash remains under investigation. Kentucky 54 reopened to traffic early Saturday evening.
