LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Office space that looks more like a museum is coming to the River Ridge Commerce Center, and it's expected to attract more jobs and businesses to southern Indiana.

Take a look at what the upscale, art-inspired space will look like.

The America Place developer says the $25 million project is being designed by the same architect who did the new Speed Art Museum, Kulapat Yantrasast

"When you see this finished, you can see part of it there will be walkways, picnic areas ... this will be a park out there," said James Karp with America Place. "There's like five acres, and I'm hoping people in all the buildings around here will have the opportunity to use the public areas."

The development includes two office buildings and room for retail businesses.
