LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- He's a father, a fiance, and a scam artist - allegedly preying on those who love him most. His own family says his scams brought him to Louisville.

Alexa Buccieri says she was engaged to marry the man she loved and the father of their new baby.

"He was the perfect family man," Buccieri said.

She said she thought her life couldn't get any better. Then her fiance left on April 1.

"Literally everything he said to me, for the entire three years was a lie," she admits.

WDRB finds out who the man really is by digging up his criminal past, that goes back 20 years.

This wasn't the first family he's left behind. He's accused of scamming people in Louisville and beyond.

WDRB's Rachel Collier reveals whose identity the man stole to keep the sham going for so long.
