The Kentucky Derby Museum lets you travel around Churchill Downs in style

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- New this year, Kentucky Derby Museum is offering "Around the Track Golf Cart Tours".
Walking tours have been around for years but now guests have a chance to cover more ground.
Barry Northern, one of three tour guides, has been giving Churchill Downs tours for more than 5 years.
Driving a golf cart allows him to give guests a unique view of the track.
His personal connections with owners, jockeys and trainers lets guests getting closer than they normally would.
You can sense how much Barry Northern respects the hard work of the horseman.
The tour goes outside the grounds, through the paddock and to the backside during the morning workout session.
The tour wraps up with lunch at the private Post Time Kitchen.
The 4 hour experience (8am-Noon) Monday through Saturday costs $225 per person now until May 14th.
May 16th through November 30th will cost $99 per person.
