LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The polls have closed across Indiana, and there was a big turnout across the state in what has become a crucial race for the Republican and Democratic presidential primaries.

The Associated Press called the Republican primary for Donald Trump at 7 p.m. The Democratic primary is still being contested.

Trump's win, and the five states won last Tuesday, prompted Ted Cruz to end his campaign just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
