LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man is accused of allowing his 2-year-old child to wander naked on a busy street near the University of Louisville.

According to the arrest report, it happened Wednesday around 8:15 p.m. Police say they received a call from someone who said he saw the child wandering alone as he turned on to Floyd Street from Burnett. The witness told police he stopped and grabbed the boy and wrapped him in his coat. The witness told police a 12-year-old child came out of a home in the 1400 block of Floyd Street to bring the 2-year-old back in the house.

Police say when they knocked on the door, the child's father, 24-year-old Jordan Miller, answered. According to police, Miller stated "he had no idea what was going on" and didn't know his son had been wandering the street alone.

According to police records, an officer was sent to the same location on a report of a child alone in the street about a month ago.

Miller was arrested and charged with one count of first degree wanton endangerment. He was being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $2,500 cash bond.
