OWENSBORO, Ky. (AP) -- Authorities in Kentucky and Indiana are investigating after a third body was pulled from the Ohio River in less than 24 hours.

Local media in Owensboro reports Daviess County firefighters recovered the body of a woman Thursday morning.

Indiana State Police say that is the body of Sarah Ipock, 30, of Louisville.

On Wednesday, Indiana State Police recovered a woman's body near Troy, Indiana, and Daviess County officials recovered the body of a man from the river.

The bodies found Wednesday were badly decomposed, but Kentucky State Police said the body found Thursday appeared to have been in the water no more than a day or two.
