INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WDRB) -- Indiana's ISTEP test is too long.

That's according to the head of the state review panel for the exam.

The school principal appointed by Governor Mike Pence to lead the committee says the test is "just too long."

The panel will look at options for a new test to replace the unpopular ISTEP.

They hope to have a replacement for the 2017 / 2018 school year, but committee members are worried they won't make the December deadline.
