LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It was a violent weekend in Louisville, with police responding to five shootings.

The first happened around 12:30 a.m. Saturday at Clay and Jacob Streets. About an hour later, LMPD responded to a shooting in a parking lot on Six Mile Lane. A few minutes after that, a person was shot inside of a house on Beechland Avenue. On Saturday afternoon just before 1 p.m., a man was shot on Garland Avenue in what appears to be a domestic issue.

And at 9:30 Saturday night, police say a 15-year-old girl was shot near Cecil and Larkwood Avenues.

No arrests have been made in four of the cases; police charged 42-year-old Renita Mitchell with assault and wanton endangerment in connection with the shooting on Garland Avenue. Police say the victim was her husband. Mitchell pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.

All of the victims are expected to survive.

Anyone with information on any of the above shootings is asked to call the crime tipline at 574-LMPD.
