LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- JCPS officials will discuss how the district is handling students' mental health issues.

On Wednesday, the Metro Council's Public Safety Committee will hear from the district about how it's dealing with the mental health of students and their behavior.

The meeting starts at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall.

Councilman David James, who chairs the committee, says he expects there to be some discussion about proposed changes to the student code of conduct that's under review at JCPS.
