LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – The four suspects accused of killing a toddler in 2014 now know when they will head to trial.

Duwan Mason, William McLemore, Michael Dunn Jr. and Demarkus Tramber will on go on trial by the end of the year if there are no changes to the schedule. They are accused of killing Ne'riah Miller back in 2014.

Mason, McLemore and Tramber will all begin their trials on October 25. Dunn will be tried beginning on June 7.

All four are charged with murder, assault, attempted murder, and several counts of wanton endangerment.

A fifth defendant, Trey Anderson, pleaded guilty in April to counts including criminal facilitation to murder and wanton endangerment. He also agreed to cooperate in any proceedings against his four co-defendants.

Attorneys for McLemore and Tramber asked for a bond reduction during a hearing on Wednesday afternoon but it was denied. Bond remains at $500,000.

Sixteen-month-old Ne'riah Miller was shot in her mother's arms on the porch of a west Louisville home in August 2014.

Her mother survived.
