LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new casual breakfast, lunch and dinner spot is coming to Anchorage.

PICNIC will serve guests in the old train depot building next to the Village Anchor. Soups, sandwiches, a salad bar, and cocktails will all be on the menu.

Officials say the restaurant could open around Independence Day.

The owner of PICNIC is also the man behind Le Moo.
