Sketches of River Park Drive homicide victims released

LOUISVILLE, Ky (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police release sketches of the victims from Sunday afternoon's homicide on River Park Drive.

In an email, LMPD says it has not been able to identify the victims, nor reach any family members.

Police described both teens as bi-racial or Hispanic. One boy is described as approximately 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall 145 to 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a red Wisconsin polo shirt and black cargo shorts. The other boy approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall 135 to 145 pounds. Last seen wearing black athletic pants with red strips down each side.

The teens were found dead Sunday afternoon behind an abandoned home near 40th Street and River Park Drive. Neighbors tell WDRB the boys had been shot, burned and dumped. Police have released few other details about this disturbing case.
