LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A spokesperson for West Clark Community Schools tells WDRB News that no injuries have been reported after a school bus caught fire in Clark County, Indiana, this afternoon.

It happened on Ebenezer Church Road, near Wilson Switch Road, just west of Sellersburg.

Tony Hall, spokesperson for the school district, says the bus involved was the Borden / Henryville special education bus, No. 326. Nine students, as well as the bus driver and bus monitor, were evacuated from the bus at the first reports of the fire, and are safe. There are no reports of any injuries.

Firefighters are on the scene, according to Hall. Hall said it was a small fire, that is now extinguished.

Parents have been notified. Hall said the district was working to get a second bus to the scene to pick up the students.
