LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The state wants to make it easier to get on and off of I-65 in Shepherdsville -- and officials want your opinion.

The exit at Cedar Grove Road in Shepherdsville is set to be reconstructed to improve access to businesses in the area. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet also plans a new exit on I-65 two miles south of the Cedar Grove Road exit.

The Cabinet will host a public meeting about both plans at the Paroquest Springs Conference Center next Thursday. You can stop by any time between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
