Indiana State Police looking for missing Harrison County teen

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police say they are searching for a missing Harrison County teen.

According to a release from police, Farrah Jade Hiser-Smith, 16, is missing from her home in Elizabeth, Indiana. Authorities say she has not been heard from since May 28.

Officials say she ran away from home and may be in danger. She was last seen in the Tallow Court area in Louisville.

Police describe Hiser-Smith as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds.

Anyone with information about Hiser-Smith's location is asked to call Indiana State Police at 1-800-872-6743 if you live in Indiana. People outside the state can call 812-246-5424. Callers can choose to remain anonymous.
