LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A $53 million plan is on the table for Indiana University's Memorial Stadium.

It calls for a more than 66,000-square-foot addition to the south end zone.

It would add a rehabilitation and treatment center and a facility for academic support.

The football team's locker room would get a makeover, making it bigger and adding a players' lounge. Two new video boards would also be put in the end zones.

Indiana University Trustees will consider the plan during a meeting Friday.

Donations and athletics department revenues would fund the project.
