LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- St. Matthews Police have arrested a Louisville man officials say tackled a doctor and threatened to blow up a hospital.

Wiley Brown Jr., 24, was arrested Monday at Norton's Women's and Kosair Children's Hospital, located at 4001 Dutchmans Lane, according to the official police report.

Police say Brown was at the hospital when he got into an argument with the doctor of his newborn baby. Officials say the doctor stated that Brown allegedly chased the victim down a hallway, and then tackled the victim.

Authorities say Brown began punching the victim in the head, face and neck.

Investigators say Brown stated that he would "blow up the hospital and get even" with the doctor and the hospital. According to police, Brown also said he would "blow the victim's head off."

Brown is charged with assault and terroristic threatening.

He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
