Louisville man accused of stealing $600 worth of energy drinks from Walmart

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested Monday after police say he stole hundreds of dollars worth of energy drinks from a St. Matthews Walmart.

According to the arrest report, 22-year-old James R. Hance and another man left the Walmart on Thierman Lane with dozens of cans of Red Bull and Monster energy drinks without paying for them on June 4. 

Hance is charged with theft by unlawful taking. He's being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $2,500 cash bond. He's due in court on June 28.
