The sixth year for the event features appearances from an original Power Ranger, as well as cast members of the hit AMC show, Comic Book Men.

Many people showed up dressed as their favorite superhero, anime character or comic book legend.

"You know, you do your everyday job and you gotta go to work and everyday life and then you come here and you get to be your favorite superhero or your favorite cartoon character and it's just, it's just great," said Donovan Jones, who attended Comic Con dressed as The Joker.

Derby City Comic Con continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets at the door are $20.
