LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Charged in two rape cases, a former Indiana University student made a plea deal to serve one year on probation.

John Enochs, 21, was accused of raping a woman at his fraternity house in 2015. While looking into the case, investigators found similarities to a 2013 rape case.

Enochs was charged for both, and police said security video showed Enochs entering the room with the victim.

Despite DNA evidence and victim identifications, prosecutors said Monday they could not prove rape.

Enochs pleaded guilty to battery with moderate bodily injury.
