Grand jury indicts man in Rodman Street double murder case

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A grand jury has indicted a man on two counts of murder, according to court records.

Eric Anthony was arrested in connection with the double murder, which happened on Rodman Street, near Churchill Downs.

Anthony is accused of killing 24-year-old Monte Compton and 29-year-old Donte Jefferson inside an apartment.

Court records show that Anthony was also indicted on charges of assault, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, trafficking in a controlled substance and wanton endangerment.
