LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Years after his police officer partner was killed, K-9 Figo needs your help.

The organization "Cops with Paws" is holding a fundraiser Thursday at Buffalo Wings and Rings on Granite Drive in Bardstown.

Fifteen percent of the proceeds raised all day will go to paying for the aging German Shepherd's medical care.

Figo was Bardstown Police Officer Jason Ellis' K-9. Ellis was murdered in May of 2013.

Figo lives with Ellis' widow's mother, and she says he's been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and severe arthritis.

To take part in the fundraiser, you must bring in the fundraiser flyer, which is pictured here.
