FBI director testifies before House committee about Clinton

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- FBI Director James Comey testified before a House committee about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Clinton was accused of sending and receiving emails marked as classified on a personal server, but Comey recommended no charges against Clinton.

Comey said Clinton did email classified material and used multiple devices in her tenure.

Comey said the FBI tries to hold everyone to the same standard, regardless of income, race and age, but not all lawmakers agree.

"I think there is a legitimate concern that there is a double standard," said Rep. Jason Chaffetz, (R) Utah. "If your name isn't Clinton, or you're not part of the powerful elite, that Lady Justice will act differently."

Now some Republican lawmakers say they want the FBI to investigate whether Clinton lied to Congress about the Benghazi attack.
