If Gov. Pence really is Trump's running mate, who is left in Indiana?

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- With Gov. Mike Pence presumably out of the picture in Indiana, many are wondering who will run against Democrat John Gregg in this year's election.

Lt. Gov Eric Holcomb has been the name thrown around that would be on the ballot in November as the republican replacement nominee for governor.

However, Holcomb might not be alone. The IndyStar reports that U.S. Rep. Susan Brooks and U.S. Rep. Todd Rokita both could become contending candidates.

If a candidate wants to throw their name into the race for governor, they must do so by noon on Friday. According to Indiana law, political candidates can't run for more than one office at a time.
