LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One man hoping to win the Indiana governor's seat gets a big boost.
The Democratic Governors Association plans to give John Gregg a $500,000 donation for his campaign.
This comes after Governor Mike Pence stepped out of the race to become Donald Trump's running mate.
The Democrats are now trying to capitalize on that vacancy.
A handful of Republicans also want to replace Pence in the race. A candidate will be selected July 26.
