LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Pages and pages of documents revealed new details about a building that collapsed last week in the Parkland neighborhood.

Holes in the wall, the roof in disrepair, and garbage in the yard are just some of the violations the owner of the old Les' Meat Market faced in the past.

John Dozier, 71, was reportedly cleaning out the building Friday when a large beam came crashing down, killing him.

Among the dozens of code violations and citations, no proper building permit for some renovations.

There's still no word yet on what caused the deadly collapse.
