CHARLESTOWN, Ind. (WDRB) -- Police in Charlestown, Indiana say they have located a man considered "endangered".

On Sunday, just after midnight, Charlestown Police received a call from family members of Joshua Shane Leary, who said the 41-year-old had possibly left his residence on foot and traveled in an unknown direction.

Charlestown Police said Sunday afternoon that Leary was found walking in the area of County Road 403 near Sellersburg. He was transported via ambulance to be mentally evaluated.

Police say Leary suffers from a former brain injury and PTSD and concern was raised after he left his home without his medication, cell phone, or service dog.
