LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police have arrested a suspect in a murder that happened Friday on Taylor Boulevard.

According to LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell, 33-year-old Michael E. Doertch Jr. was arrested on Saturday.

The police report says officers with LMPD's 4th Division responded to a call on Taylor Boulevard on Friday. Police say that on arrival, the victim's body was located and "showed signs of an apparent assault."
