LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new leadership team is taking shape at a restructured University of Louisville.
English Professor Dale Billingsley has been named the school's interim vice president and provost. He's been at U of L for nearly 40 years, and has been the vice provost for undergraduate affairs for the last nine.
It comes after a shakeup at the university over the past several weeks, with former President James Ramsey resigning over several controversies surrounding the school.
Neville Pinto is now serving as acting president until a permanent president is named.
