I-64 reopens in Shelby County, after early morning semi crash
The perishable cargo the truck was carrying on the interstate.
WADDY, Ky. (WDRB) -- Interstate 64 eastbound reopens in Shelby County.
Police say a semi truck carrying pizza and ice cream crashed about 2 a.m. near Waddy at exit 43. No food spilled, but the roadway was blocked for more than five hours while crews cleaned up the wreck and a fuel spill.
The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered serious.
