Barry Fulmer is the Vice President and Director of News for WDRB.  He has led the WDRB Newsroom in coverage for more than a decade. 

Barry is an award winning journalist. He is a winner of the Edward R. Murrow award, multiple Emmy awards, and the Emmy Silver Circle award for 25 years of excellence in journalism. He has served on the board of governors for the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. 

Barry has shared his expertise by teaching journalism overseas. He has worked with journalists in the countries of Ukraine and Georgia. Barry has lived in Louisville with his family for more than 20 years. 

He enjoys playing tennis with his children and traveling. He has worked in broadcast TV stations in Philadelphia and Harrisburg, Penn.
