LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Texas realtor is in hot water after police say she took part in some unauthorized activities in a home she recently sold.
Police say 22-year-old Kayla Seloff sold the house on Aug. 19. Friday. When neighbors noticed flashlights in the home early Saturday, they called police.
That's when officers say they found Seloff and Joshua Leal in what they call "a passionate rendezvous." Investigators say they also found marijuana in Seloff's car.
Police say the real homeowners have filed criminal trespassing charges, saying they don't approve of the so-called "housewarming."
