LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It was a fast-food chain's attempt to help keep kids healthy.

But now, more than 70 incidents have been reported after kids have worn McDonald's fitness tracker.

The fast-food chain recalled more than 29 million "Step-It Fitness" bands from its Happy Meals.

It's because they can cause skin irritation and burns on kids.

"Step-It Fitness" bands look like watches and are supposed to track physical activity.

There are also seven reports of children getting blisters.
