LACETT | Hoosiers impress in season opening win over FIU

LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) – The Indiana Hoosiers scored 22 unanswered  4th quarter points in an impressive 34-13 victory over FIU Thursday at FIU Stadium in Miami, Florida.

Redshirt junior transfer quarterback Richard Lagow went 18-27 in his first game with the Hoosiers. He threw for 240 yards, throwing for one touchdown and running for another.

Junior Devine Redding added 135 yards rushing on 22 carries.

The Hoosiers (1-0) are back in action next Saturday at Memorial Stadium against Ball State.
